In December 2025, Lawrence S. Ting Foundation, in collaboration with local authorities in Phu Tho and Bac Ninh Provinces, organized the “Wheelchairs of Love” program, donating 400 wheelchairs to people with meritorious service to the nation and persons with disabilities facing difficult circumstances.

Accordingly, 200 wheelchairs were distributed in Phu Tho Province, while the remaining 200 units were delivered to beneficiaries in Bac Ninh Province. These mobility aids not only improve daily movement and independence but also offer encouragement, helping recipients regain confidence and take more active steps in their everyday lives.

Beyond material support, the program reflects the community’s care, solidarity, and long-term commitment to vulnerable groups. Through the “Wheelchairs of Love” initiative, Lawrence S. Ting Foundation continues to work alongside local governments to advance social welfare goals and create better conditions for beneficiaries to integrate more fully into community life.

To date, the Foundation’s “Wheelchairs of Love” program has donated a total of 36,484 wheelchairs and hand-powered tricycles to people across many provinces and cities nationwide. This initiative stands as a hallmark of the LSTF’s long-term commitment to delivering practical support and improving the quality of life for vulnerable communities in Vietnam.
